Panico Custom Instruments delivers your order through Poste Italiane, via the option called “Pacco ordinario” (meaning, ordinary parcel). Alternatively, we also use trusted and traceable couriers.

The above-mentioned shipping costs are valid for bank transfers only. For those who choose COD (Collect on Delivery) as payment method there will be a € 10.00 surcharge.

Couriers used
Poste Italiane, BRT, and others
Once payment is received, we will proceed with shipping. Couriers deliver Monday to Friday. We can also ship products to a different address (e.g. your workplace).
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver within 2/5 working days (holidays excluded). Panico Custom Instruments is not responsible for any delays due to poor and/or poorly served areas. Disadvantaged areas may be subject to a surcharge.
If nobody is present to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a paper note. Goods will be stored at the post office for a maximum of 7 days. It is the costumer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier for a new delivery date within the 7 days. The courier will attempt a new delivery. Additionally, if the recipient wishes to opt for the “hold for pick-up” option he/she is required to contact the courier’s local branch and ask for the goods to be held there.
They’ll be able to collect the order in person. After a few unsuccessful attempts, all goods will be sent back to Panico Custom Instruments, further storage and shipping costs will be invoiced.
Returns, replacements and refunds

Terms and conditions for returns and refunds:
You must send a request exclusively by email and no later than 14 days after the date the goods were delivered.
NO requests will be accepted over the phone.
The terms and conditions of exchange, return and refund are only valid for private customers and NOT for resellers.
Replacement, return and refund is NOT possible for customized instruments (i.e. with requests for changes) and/or for instruments that have been used or are on commission.
All goods must be returned unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and complete in all its parts.
The shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer who will have to send back the instrument using the same method and courier that delivered the order in the first place.
A refund for the returned goods will be issued within 20 working days from the date of receipt, through bank transfer and only after having verified the integrity of the instrument.
